About the Opportunity
The Director, Womenโs Philanthropy provides strategic leadership for UJAโs Womenโs Philanthropy Division, driving the vision, strategy, and execution for how UJA fundraises and stewards female donors. This senior leader will focus particularly on cultivating and growing giving among women in the high-net-worth space, inspiring generosity and deeper connection to community through UJA.
The Director will lead a team of fundraising professionals, oversee the engagement and fundraising strategy for Womenโs Philanthropy, and serve as the lead professional partner to the Womenโs Philanthropy Campaign Cabinet, a dynamic group of volunteer leaders who help shape and advance UJAโs womenโs campaign.

The Director will also manage a portfolio of high-net-worth women and families, securing significant gifts across UJAโs Annual Campaign, Transformational Campaigns, and the Jewish Foundation of Greater Toronto.
