About the Role
As an Overnight LGBTQ Life Skills Educator, you'll provide individual and group life skills training for LGBTQ youth ages 17Β½β20 in our Transitional/Independent Living program. You will teach independent living, self-care, time management, and social skills, while fostering a supportive, affirming environment.

This role requires evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00PM) or overnight shifts (11:00 PMβ7:00 AM) and flexibility to cover staff absences. Physical requirements include the ability to walk stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and observe youth attentively.
