The Senior Philanthropy Operations Analyst will be a vital contributor to a collaborative and energetic team, advancing the mission of SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Childrenβs Foundation. This role is responsible for optimizing the use of Raiserβs Edge NXT and other interfacing software, supporting high-impact fundraising events and annual programs, and delivering strategic, data-driven insights through the creation of actionable reports, dashboards and automations.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Raiserβs Edge NXT and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsβparticularly Excel, with capabilities in managing large, complex spreadsheets, applying conditional formulas, and utilizing pivot tables and charts for analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is also essential, including the ability to execute both simple and complex mail merges with conditional text.
This position requires close collaboration with fellow Philanthropy Operations team members and others across the Foundation, including front-line fundraisers and the Marketing & Events team. Β Additionally, the role will support the execution of signature events through the integration of Raiserβs Edge NXT and external event management platforms.
Job Summary:
Configures, supports and maintains the Philanthropy CRM, Raiserβs Edge NXT, and other related applications, technology & tools. Ensures data is consistently structured, organized and maintained to support the needs and strategies of Philanthropy. Possesses a detailed understanding of the underlying business of fundraising and the industry standards, rules and regulations that govern Philanthropy Operations.
