Analyst-Philanthropy Senior

Analyst-Philanthropy Senior demonstrates passion and commitment to enhance health and well-being while inspiring generosity across the state of Indiana. They manage and develop a sustainable fund development program that aligns with system priorities and includes employee campaigns, direct mail, giving societies, personal solicitations and/or other various fundraising activities. By partnering internally with key stakeholders, they create meaningful relationships system-wide. Additionally, the Analyst-Philanthropy SeniorΒ will implement strategic and scalable fundraising collateral while maintaining accurate recording, reporting and management of all donor information.
The ideal candidate would have a deep commitment to compassionate, humanβcentered storytelling and a proven ability to transform complex clinical and community impact into clear, inspiring donorβfocused narratives. They would bring strong experience crafting multiβchannel content, interviewing diverse voices, and producing emotionally resonant stories that elevate philanthropy while aligning with IU Healthβs mission, values, and strategic priorities.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Working knowledge of fundraising software (i.e. Raiserβs Edge)
Proficiency in MS office required (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
