Community Outreach Representative – Nonprofit Fundraising Campaign

We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Community Outreach Representatives. In this role, you will engage with community members face-to-face, share information about important nonprofit initiatives, and help secure donations that support meaningful causes.

This is a field-based outreach position where you’ll work with a supportive team to raise awareness and funding for impactful nonprofit campaigns.

No prior fundraising experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Conduct face-to-face outreach in local neighborhoods to educate community members about nonprofit campaigns

• Represent nonprofit partners in a professional and positive manner

• Share campaign goals, program impact, and ways for individuals to contribute

• Inspire supporters to make monthly or one-time donations

• Track outreach and supporter information using provided tools

• Work collaboratively with a team to meet outreach and fundraising goals

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with new people in a door-to-door or community setting

• Passion for nonprofit causes and community impact

• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work outdoors and walk for several hours per shift

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, fundraising, or outreach is a plus (but not required)
