SMCS-Valley AdministrationPosition Overview:
Is responsible for directing fundraising programs focused on the Sacramento and Central Valley regions, with special emphasis on individual donor cultivation. Focus on raising principal major gifts, planned gifts, and annual gifts. Provides leadership and is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and initiatives, and for the fiscal and administrative structures in this capacity, the Director leads, directs, coordinates, and executes the planning for Philanthropy strategies in a manner aligned with the goals Sutter Health. Accordingly, also serves as administrative liaison to Senior Management and Medical Staff, as well as to Sutter Health leadership, in order to ensure the smooth and integrated operation of the organizations, and the appropriate alignment of operational strategies with the overall mission and available resources.Job Description:

Pay Range is $66.77 to $100.16 / hourThe compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidateβs experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
