At NorthBay Health the Philanthropy Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for securing significant financial support from a portfolio of current donors and donor prospects.Β Responsibilities include identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors.Β In addition, to building and maintaining a Grateful Patient Program.Β The Philanthropy Officer works independently and as a member of the Foundation team, providing direction to the Foundation President to help with management of their respective portfolios.

Education:Β Bachelorβs Degree in public relations, communications, English, fundraising required.Β Masterβs preferred.
License/ Certifications: Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in successful non-profit fundraising, campaign management, donor engagement
