Philanthropy Officer for Providence Foundation in Portland, OR.

Full-Time/Day Shift

The Major Gift Officer is responsible for all aspects of management of a balanced portfolio of donors with the ability to solicit gifts in excess of $10,000 and above. Β This position requires the ability to manage confidential information, work collaboratively with team members and develop strategies that facilitate major gifts for the organization.

Required Qualifications:Β 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Non-profit Management, or Finance.
  • Experience soliciting gifts in excess of $10,000 with strong preference for those individuals with experience soliciting gifts in excess of $100,000.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • 8 years of Experience.
