The opportunity
Key Responsibilities
β’ Serve as a first point of contact for donor and grantee inquiries by phone and at events β providing a warm, professional, and solutions-focused presence
β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date grant records in our Foundant grants management system
β’ Process and track grant correspondence, agreements, receipts, and project evaluations
β’ Support the timely and smooth delivery of the grant lifecycle by updating and maintaining our data base and providing guidance and information for donors, grantees and
grant recipients.
β’ Work collaboratively with the team to improve workflow and maintain high standards of data integrity
β’ Provide an excellent level of customer service and front-line phone support to ACF donors, grant recipients and both internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Contribute to event set up and attend events and engage meaningfully with stakeholders
What Youβll Bring
β’ Proven experience in administration, especially with data entry and maintaining information in workflow systems (Foundant experience highly regarded)
β’ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills
β’ A confident communicator β whether on the phone, in person, or via email β who thrives on building positive, professional relationships
β’ A sense of responsibility and pride in being a key support for a busy and values-driven team
β’ Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively and to remain calm and supportive when handling priorities and higher workload
β’ Solid Microsoft Office 365 skills
β’ A genuine interest in social impact, philanthropy, or the for-purpose sector
