Organizational Summary

Boulder Crest Foundation is a nationally recognized, pioneering nonprofit dedicated to ensuring that military personnel, veterans, first responders, and their families can thrive in the aftermath of struggle, stress, hardship, and trauma. For far too many, the cost of service to community and country is a diminished quality of life. Tragically, that cost too often includes suicide-claiming the lives of approximately 20 members of the military and veteran community each day-and the loss of more first responders to suicide annually than in the line of duty. Addressing this crisis demands a new and innovative approach-one that is at the core of Boulder Crest's mission.

Grounded in the belief that struggle can be a catalyst for growth, Boulder Crest is a global leader in Posttraumatic Growth (PTG), delivering evidence-informed programs that help individuals move beyond resilience to experience lasting growth, renewed purpose, and meaningful connection. Through its wellness centers (VA, AZ, TX and WY) and Mobile Training Teams, Boulder Crest is expanding access to life-changing care across the country.

The Philanthropy team plays a vital role in supporting the Foundation's $20–25 million annual budget, working in close partnership with program, communications, and leadership teams to advance the mission and ensure long-term sustainability.
