we believe that a diverse, inclusive, and sustainable supply chain strengthens not just our business, but our communities. We're seeking a Supplier Diversity Manager to champion these values by building, expanding, and enhancing our supplier diversity program.

In this critical role, you’ll drive initiatives to recruit, vet, and onboard diverse subcontractors and vendors while ensuring alignment with broader sourcing and organizational goals. You’ll be a strategic partner both internally and externally β€” fostering meaningful supplier relationships, setting ambitious targets, and helping us build a thriving, resilient supply base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supplier diversity strategy

  • Lead efforts to recruit and onboard new diverse suppliers and subcontractors

  • Foster long-term relationships with local and diverse businesses

  • Track supplier diversity metrics and report on key goals and achievements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing needs with diversity initiatives

  • Maintain a robust supplier database with accurate, up-to-date information

  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging supplier opportunities

  • Set and report annual and project-specific supplier diversity goals

  • Represent Ampirical at networking events, panels, and industry gatherings

  • Monitor and evaluate supplier qualifications, performance, and compliance

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement in sourcing and diversity functions

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • CPSD (Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supplier Management) certification preferred

  • Proven experience building and managing supplier diversity programs

  • Strong relationship management, networking, and collaboration skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for tracking metrics and driving measurable progress

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
