Location: Cooper, TX & Commerce, TX (Travel Required)
Schedule: 5 days/week (3 days in Cooper, 2 days in Commerce)
Compensation: $75,000 – $80,000 annually

Position Overview
Riam Recruiting is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a nonprofit, mission-driven healthcare organization serving rural communities in Northeast Texas. This role involves providing high-quality behavioral health services across two clinic locations, supporting patients through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services to approximately 8–12 patients per day
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
• Deliver individual counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Support patients with care navigation, referrals, and access to community resources
• Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards of practice

Schedule & Travel

• 3 days per week in Cooper, TX
• 2 days per week in Commerce, TX
• Travel between locations is required

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Experience in a clinical or community health setting preferred
