Responsible for being the primary Foundation Liaison for various Piedmont entities (Hospitals) whereby they act as the local leader for philanthropic engagement of the internal leadership and staff as well as the main contact for external audiences in the related communities. This will include identifying, qualifying and soliciting donors at all levels with the development and management of a portfolio of 100-125 mid-level prospects and donors. Develop an annual development plan with assistance from the Director of Hospital Philanthropy to manage the entity relationship and donors and potential prospects identified with a focus on mid-level. Perform regular qualification calls to identify whether prospects are interested in making a gift. Meet with donors and prospects to discuss making a gift. Additionally, engage with major gift officer team when/if a donor becomes a major donor and with annual giving program to pursue strategies for donor pipeline development within the local community.
