What Youβll Do:
As a Clinical Social Worker specializing in Transgender Health, youβll provide comprehensive psychosocial support to a select caseload of patients and their families. From assessments and care planning to advocacy and resource coordination, youβll be a trusted ally and integral member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering affirming, patient-centered care. Your voice will matter, your experience will shape outcomes, and your compassion will leave a lasting impact.

What Weβre Looking For:
Education: MSW from an accredited program
License: Maryland LMSW (or eligible under Board criteria)
Experience: At least 1 year in clinical social work (internships considered), ideally within mental health or healthcare
Skills: Strong communicator, problem-solver, team player, and culturally competent provider
Knowledge: Community resources, biopsychosocial approaches, and todayβs healthcare landscape
