JOB PURPOSE
This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of Annual Giving digitalΒ
fundraising strategies of the Piedmont Healthcare Foundation. This position will drive digital donorΒ
acquisition efforts, build and manage online fundraising pages, create digital fundraising content, andΒ
manage the email production process for fundraising communications. This role will execute unique, digitalΒ
strategies that will engage donors and prospects to support specific service lines and local hospitals,Β
increasing philanthropy across the full spectrum of the annual giving pipeline. This position will provideΒ
support to all four Piedmont foundations. This position reports to the Director of Annual Giving. MaintainsΒ
knowledge of current events, healthcare trends and fundraising trends within the Piedmont system andΒ
healthcare in generalΒ
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelorβs degree in Communications, Marketing, Development, Business or a related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three (3) years of professional work experience in development, marketing, communications, or a closelyΒ
related field is required.Β
Experience with a donor or customer database system is required.Β

Demonstrated results in initiating relationships, cultivating interests, and securing support andΒ
participation.Β
Experience with digital fundraising-related activities preferred.Β
Experience working in healthcare preferred.Β
Experience with research and analysis of data preferred.Β
Experience with editing collateral preferred.
